ACCESSIBILITYWheelchair Access
In order to ensure that our patrons are comfortably seated, we recommend that you allow extra time to park and get to your seats before the performance is scheduled to begin. Handicap parking is located in the west parking lot, with an additional six spaces; and Handi-Bus parking, at the northwest entrance. The Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium does not provide wheelchairs to patrons. Assistive Listening DevicesAssistive listening devices are available at no charge from the Information Area located at the northwest entrance in the Main Lobby. Patrons will be asked to leave one piece of identification. Complete instructions on how to use the devices are made available by information staff. Guide/Companion DogsIndividuals requiring the assistance of these specially trained dogs are welcome. Both guide and companion dogs must have their regulation equipment for access. Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium Ticket PolicyEach person, including children and infants in arms, must have a ticket for each performance. Any patron may be required to leave if found to be disturbing other patrons. Management in its sole discretion reserves the right to refuse admission. |
