ACCESSIBILITY

Wheelchair Access

  • The Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps available at the north doors and at main entrances to the building.
  • Wheelchair seating is ticketed and priced in accordance with each separate performance. Please be sure to specifically request a wheelchair space when calling the Box Office or Ticketmaster to purchase tickets.
  • Wheelchair patrons and one guest have the opportunity to purchase seating at regular prices for an event and occupy seats together at a number of locations throughout the orchestra level, first balcony and in the pit seating area.
  • As wheelchair spaces are limited, additional group members are not guaranteed seating near the wheelchair patron; but we will make every effort to accommodate groups according to availability.

In order to ensure that our patrons are comfortably seated, we recommend that you allow extra time to park and get to your seats before the performance is scheduled to begin. Handicap parking is located in the west parking lot, with an additional six spaces; and Handi-Bus parking, at the northwest entrance. The Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium does not provide wheelchairs to patrons.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices are available at no charge from the Information Area located at the northwest entrance in the Main Lobby. Patrons will be asked to leave one piece of identification. Complete instructions on how to use the devices are made available by information staff.

Guide/Companion Dogs

Individuals requiring the assistance of these specially trained dogs are welcome. Both guide and companion dogs must have their regulation equipment for access.

Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium Ticket Policy

Each person, including children and infants in arms, must have a ticket for each performance. Any patron may be required to leave if found to be disturbing other patrons. Management in its sole discretion reserves the right to refuse admission.
