EVENT PLANNER CHECKLIST

To assist event planners in creating and building a memorable event, a short checklist has been compiled for reference.

  • A caterer has been selected from the approved list.
  • Rental contracts have been signed and full-room rental fee has been paid.
  • An event walkthrough at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium has been conducted to confirm event expectations and deliverables.
  • All A/V equipment and necessary supplies, including flip charts and easels, have been requested and confirmed.
  • If required, special pre-paid parking has been arranged.
  • Two weeks’ notice has been provided to the administration office for special wine orders.
  • A confirmed number of attendees has been provided to the administration office 72 hours in advance.
