Vancouver's Global ComedyFest is proud spread it's wings for Alberta fans by presenting an exclusive evening in Calgary with one of the most popular and beloved entertainers of the last century, Carol Burnett.

"LAUGHTER AND REFLECTION WITH CAROL BURNETT" - A Conversation with Carol where the Audience Asks the Questions- comes to Calgary for one very special performance September 21 at the Jubilee Auidtorium.

Carol Burnett is a true living legend in entertainment-- an actress, comedian, singer, dancer, and writer who spent an acclaimed eleven-year run on the groundbreaking "Carol Burnett Show" which aired on CBS Television from 1967- 1978.


A six-time Emmy Award-winner, in 2003 Ms. Burnett was a recipient of the Kennedy Center Honors, and in 2005 received The Presidential Medal of Freedom. Some of her other notable awards include five Golden Globes, the Peabody Award for "Friendly Fire," and the Ace Award for "Between Friends" with Elizabeth Taylor. She has enjoyed the kind of career that most performers only dream of, moving easily from the stage to television to feature films.
