Youth Singers Spring Show 2008 - STAND UP
Performance time: 4:00 pm
The Youth Singers mandate has been to use music, dance and
theatre to teach and inspire our singers and,
simultaneously, we hope to create future leaders and
concientious citizens. We have always done the latter
simply as a side benefit to our singers' arts training.
This year we want to be more direct in our approach and
address the whole singer and what each of them can do to
benefit the world around them. This year's Spring Show
theme, partnered with a year-long charitable initiative for
the Stephen Lewis Foundation, invites our singers, families
and, finally, our audience to acknowledge that small
changes can lead to big results. Together we believe we
can: Stand Up, Make a Difference and Make a Change.
