Banquet Room 
When looking for a large space that combines versatility and ambiance, you’ll want to book our Banquet Room. This spacious, multi-functional room can be configured to fit any large group.
The Banquet Room can accommodate 160 people for sit-down functions or 225 for stand-up receptions, is wheelchair accessible and includes a dance floor. The neutral colors of the décor emote a peaceful feeling and fits with any theme.
Meeting Room
 The Meeting Room is a very functional space for a wide variety of events. The intimate feel and quiet location of this room allow for a truly private function in an elegantly decorated setting.
It comfortably seats up to 60 people, is carpeted throughout, features a permanent whiteboard for presentations and is wheelchair accessible.
Luxury Suite
 The Luxury Suite is situated in a quiet alcove on the First Balcony. This stylish suite is an ideal size for small group events. The ambience is truly old theatre world, sure to make your guests feel like stars.
You and your guests can rent the suite in conjunction with shows or for private receptions. Package prices include premium seats, gourmet catering, complimentary bar service, front door parking, secured coat check and a host. An event in the Luxury Suite promises to be a memorable one.

Lobbies
 Known as the gathering place during show intermissions, the Lobby spaces on each level are much more.
With thousands of square feet available, each level can accommodate up to 750 people for any style of event including receptions, cocktails parties, trade shows and Christmas parties. Each level is carpeted and wired for your A/V needs. All lobbies, with the exception of the second balcony are wheelchair accessible.
Add the magnificent expanse of windows on the first and second levels and your event is destined to be memorable.
Trade Shows and Conventions
The Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium is an ideal venue for trade shows. With 37,000 square feet of exhibit space, we can accommodate a variety of trade show layouts.
Moving in and out is easy for exhibitors and we can supply power, lighting, phones and more. We also work with reputable event show service companies to ensure the show meets your needs and the needs of your exhibitors.
Visitors will enjoy the abundant and affordable parking located adjacent to the building.
Rehearsal Hall
 A wonderful venue tucked away behind the main theatre, the Rehearsal Hall is bright and spacious. The natural light, high ceilings and hardwood flooring create a perfect setting for presentations, small trade shows or even news conferences. The private entrance through the Stage Door affords you easy access and privacy, if necessary. A grand piano resides in the room, and chairs and music stands are available. Add superior acoustics and your event is destined to be a memorable one.
Caterers

Bar Service
We offer both a host bar service and cash bar service, depending on your event needs.
Our host bar service is competitively priced and is complete with alcohol, bartenders, mix and glasses. We offer premium brands of liquor, domestic and imported beer, champagne, liqueurs, and red and white house wines. You are invoiced for each drink consumed and bartenders are charged out at an hourly rate.
With our cash bar service, we will provide all the alcohol and bartending and your guests pay cash for their drinks.
