Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticket agent for all Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium events. The Box Office on premises is open Monday to Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. for tickets to all Ticketmaster events, and one hour prior to all scheduled events for same day tickets only.

Each person, including children and infants in arms, must have a ticket for each performance. Any patron may be required to leave if found to be disturbing other patrons. Management in its sole discretion reserves the right to refuse admission.
